Have you went to "Device Manager" to check it's not a problem with the card? Have you tried to remove the drivers and reinstall? I went to the site it and found drivers for my OS and my capture card and downloaded but it still does not work. Then I came home and I tried to do it on my Vista, and he says no card capture not detected. It has detected my capture card and everything what it. I used Windows Movie Maker to record my friends XP OS and it worked on him. I do not have the program they give you, its just too messy.
